Ingredients
2lb steak slice thin
2 tablespoon fajita seasoning
½ cup sliced onion
¼ cup sliced red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat a large skillet on medium heat with one tablespoon of olive oil.
Season steak with all dry ingredients .
Then add seasoned steak to skillet and brown steak for about 7 minutes on high heat
Add onion, pepper and garlic to skillet cook until vegetables are soft
Toast tortillas in a pan 1 minute on each side and then place steak between and enjoy
