About the Recipe


  • 2lb steak slice thin

  • 2 tablespoon fajita seasoning

  • ½ cup sliced onion

  • ¼ cup sliced red bell pepper

  • ¼ cup sliced green bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat with one tablespoon of olive oil.

  2. Season steak with all dry ingredients .

  3. Then add seasoned steak to skillet and brown steak for about 7 minutes on high heat

  4. Add onion, pepper and garlic to skillet cook until vegetables are soft

  5. Toast tortillas in a pan 1 minute on each side and then place steak between and enjoy
